1. Rental Agreement

Keep all keys and security devices safe.

6. Prohibited Use

Under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
By unauthorised drivers.
Outside the United Kingdom without written permission.
To transport dangerous or prohibited goods.
7. Charges and Payments
Customers are responsible for:
Rental charges.
Additional driver fees.
Fuel or charging costs where applicable.
Traffic fines, parking penalties, congestion charges, and tolls.
Vehicle damage not covered by applicable protection plans.
Late return charges.
Administration fees associated with violations of these terms.
8. Insurance and Damage Protection
Insurance and damage protection options may be available depending on the vehicle and rental agreement.
Customers remain responsible for any applicable excess amounts, uninsured losses, or damages resulting from negligence, misuse, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Accidents and Theft
In the event of an accident or theft, customers must:
Contact emergency services where required.
Notify TRANSIQO LTD as soon as possible.
Provide accurate information regarding the incident.
Cooperate fully with any investigation or insurance process.
10. Personal Property
TRANSIQO LTD is not responsible for personal belongings left inside a vehicle.
Customers should ensure all personal items are removed before returning the vehicle.

12. Termination
TRANSIQO LTD reserves the right to terminate a rental agreement where:
False information has been provided.
Terms and Conditions have been breached.
The vehicle is being used improperly or illegally.
Safety concerns arise.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRANSIQO LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our vehicles or services.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
